Vytautas Mineral SPA

We had a great weekend stay in this resort. In fact, it was our first time in Lithuania 🇱🇹 We stayed in a family suite, and it was very spacious. Both breakfast and dinner buffets were some of the best we've tried so far. Lunch a la carte had really nice options too. We'd definitely come back!

Its a great place to unwind and relax. We went with a family and everyone enjoyed it a lot. Pool are is great. There is a baby/kids pool which is very warm and fun, not big though so can get really busy but it was ok. Collection of saunas and other pools are great. Everything is very clean and tidy. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Breakfast buffet is one of the best ones I have ever been. They have huge selection of foods so I believe everyone can find something for themselves.restaurant has great options for lunch/dinner. Food is fresh and really tasty. They have kids menu as well. Whole complex is really modern and has great facilities like Spa treatments.Surrounding area is really nice and calm. There is a playground for kids as well. Its a short walk from city centre.

Facility it self is in good condition. Pool area is very bad it is really cold in the pool area. at the kids pool looks like the wind is blowing changing rooms are all wet there is water everywhere all most impossible to walk cause you are sliding. Price for a night and quality of service you are getting is improper. To collect more money they are not counting how many people they are letting in to the pool so it is overcrowded, people can come from the sreet or other hotels. Restaurant was good food is delicious. Room is small one light buld in the room wasn't working. If you are going to the toilet in the night and you turn on the light the whole room is shining cause the toilet ceiling are made out of glass. Overall price is to high for the things you are getting.

It wasn't our first time staying at "Vytautas Mineral Spa", our family really likes this place. Me and my husband had a birthday in the middle of the week, but did not feel like celebrating with the bunch of people, so we decided to escape to "Vytautas Spa" for a day, without telling anyone...we were so pleasantly surprised to find a present in our room when we came back from a Spa, you've made us feel very special guys, thank you !!!

Arrived at around midnight after long all day drive. Room was not ready….. It was advertised as a “family” suite but had only with one bed. We had to wait at least 30 minutes for them to adjust the room and bring in an extra bed. On the positive side the breakfast was enjoyed by the family.

My family stayed at your hotel previously. There was no charge for parking last month. This stay resulted in an unexpected parking charge of $15 for two nights. I am displeased and request a discount if there is to be another stay at your hotel. NM

I am a loyal customer of this hotel, I visit it with my family up to ten times a year. I have always been very satisfied with the service, but not this time.This time in the reception staff was very not friendly and arrogant. Room number 219, do not take it in any way, because there will be very noisy ! Both sides two staff rooms. The room was uncleaned in the rubbish bin, but the biggest problem with the shower , which have big water leak all bathroom area . After reporting the problem to the receptionist she called the plumbers. Because they could not fix the water leak , plumbers will recommend to change the room. But… the receptionist did not change it and did not offer any alternative. 2 days we still in the same room with water leak. Pool area problems. There were a lot of people in the pool area, no distance, there was no space for the hotel guests ! No sunbeds , no free spaces in the pool and in the sauna in the pandemic time. Pool staff was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant Moon breakfast had to wait over half hour to only make order .The ladies waiters was very slow to do it . Dinner in the Moon restaurant was delicious and service perfect. The second night we left without the sleep because the neighbours from upstairs room was very noisy up to 2am morning. I will remind you from 8am hotel room cleaners start working and very noisy ! You can’t sleep longer. Would I recommend this hotel ? Definitely not… !!!
