Champasak Grand Hotel

I stayed there 6 nights from 11/27 to 12/02 and booked two rooms for family of three. One night, we came back from our day trip, tired and want to shower and go to bed; walked in our room - smelling so bad. I went down and told front desk that our room smells bad and cannot stay in there. Front desk told me that they will send someone to look at it. We waited outside for awhile, no one came. I went down to front desk again, and saw the staffs did not do anything. I told them to go smell the room themselves and let me know if they can stay there. So, one of the workers (he’s not the front desk, looking like he’s security. He told those staffs to go ahead changed the room for me.). They went up to our room, and the security guy said it smells like the death rat in the A/C room. This is one of the incidents that the staffs are careless.

We are in a group of big family! The stay was great! And I had worked with one of the hotel staff about the rooms and so arrangement. Ailada was a nice worker who helped me lots. Thanks for the great accompany.
