Hilton Kuwait Resort

It was a great stay, friends and family joined us. They had to walk from the lobby parking. But when that was full, I had to go to the further parking to get them. It was enjoyable, would do it again.

It is great place to enjoy nice beach sptialy for the family nice employees and great restaurants and coffee shop

I booked 4 nights in with two different booking in this hotel or compound if I may say , one studio room for me and my wife and a GARDEN CHALET with two rooms for my Parents. My studio room building (recently build) was big enough for me, my child and my wife. The room building was near to the main reception building where all the facilities are located. Restaurant, swimming pool, etc. The chalet room was too old and a little far away from the main reception building. So, you need to request from them to pick you up by a gulf car. My recommendation is to request to have a 2nd floor studio room so you will have a great view to the sea not to the parking lot.

Talk about resting on your laurels! This place used to be very nice a long time ago, but now it just seems to be operating on its name and past glory. The staff is incredibly unhelpful and the property hasn’t really been well maintained. No one seems to know how anything operates and the security guards are down right nasty on a gestapo level. I had an unbelievable check in experience in which they refused to let me stay in the ‘family film’ which I had booked as one adult and two children. I was told that I could not check in without my wife (I’m divorced) and had to sit through a twenty minute embarrassing ordeal with my children around me. I was offered a downgrade for 50% more per night - not kidding! Finally after a lot of loud protest they caved and gave me the originally booked room, but with no apology and as though they were doing ME a favor. Needless to say the experience was completely marred at that point. I’ll never return and would others to avoid the hotel too.
