We stayed for 3 nights in a junior suite before flying back to USA.
Pros: very friendly staff, great location, new facility, spacious room/suite, and delicious pastries; convenient to Lake Nakuru Park, and other sites.
Cons: nothing important, just a little confusion about the specific suite we booked (valley views as described at Hotels.com) vs the one we ended up staying (courtyard view, as Sarova staff insisted there is no junior suite with the views of the valley); I'm not sure why such a discrepancy.
