The staff and owner went above and beyond to make our stay so comfortable and easy. Recommendations on how to do petra, where to eat, what to eat. From giving us some delicious hibiscous drink when we were checking in to key chain when we checked out. It was more like visiting family than staying at a hotel. The hotel is in a great location for restaurants and things around. Its easy to drive or walk to petra visitor center. The hotel is new and spotless. And bed were very comfortable which is always hit or miss in some hotels but not this one. Thanks for a great stay guys 👌

My travel agent booked this hotel so I went in blind. What I discovered was a phenomenal hotel with out of this world customer service! I travel often and I have stayed in many hotels across the globe in all price ranges and I can tell you this place is a rare find. They went above and beyond and thought of EVERYTHING! The location is also perfect, just over half a mile from the visitor center. If I could give 10 stars I would!! It felt like I was staying with family, I would go back again! Being 2 women traveling alone in Jordan it was the best experiance.
