Second year staying in this property and planning to return yet again. Staff is always attentive, friendly, and helpful. Property manager Moutaz was very Handled our booking details Moutaz was flexible and accommodating in handling our booking details. My family of three enjoyed the pool and terrace. Housekeeping was efficient and prompt. Yaser kept our room in great shape. Their restaurant UmKhalil is authentic and comfortable. Loved spending a long evening in their patio garden. The breakfast is varied and tasteful. But I wish they didn’t allow small children to handle the food. As a basic courtesy to the rest of the guests, parents should serve their children’s plate anywhere there is buffet style food service. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Looking forward to our return.

i think this is the best hotel in amman, it offers everything a traveler needs, it has a washing and drying machine on the second floor, it was the best for my family

We arrived late at night , exhausted and with kids, check in process was very quick and smooth. The grand suite was a beautiful and spacious space. Perfect for my family. The kitchen and dining space was nice, has a few pots and pans that came in to use. The hotel had free laundry which was a huge plus. Good Customer service. Breakfast was not too bad.

Great spaced rooms for a family of 4. Bonus to have a free Laundry room on site and a microwave/ cooking facilities in the room. Hotel is clean and staff are very nice and it’s a short walk to rainbow st. Weee there are loads of restaurants.
