My family of 4 had a pleasant stay in this location. This place was cozy, clean and close to subways. A lot of good restaurants around the area. There was a washer & dryer on site. Staff were courteous and attentive.

We are travelling with 2 children 13 10 yr olds, the rooms were clean the staff very helpful, the best feature of this hotel was the roof top viewing space, wow you are looking at Mt Fuji then the lake and the surrounding mountains it was the perfect end of day with a beer in hand !!!

This is the first time that I can’t wait to write a review. This place is an excellent place for the Mt. Fuji view! Well of course it depends on the weather. We are pretty lucky that the sky was clear for the days we stayed there. The view is amazing from our room. The staff are friendly and nice and with multi language skills. Room is very clean and spacious. I felt so good that I made the right decision to book this hotel room and my family agreed that this is totally worthy taking 15 minutes walk from the station (It was cold and we arrived late so they did have some complaints on the way to the hotel.) There is shuttle bus takes you to the station in the morning and for transfer and storage your luggage at their coffee shop nears the station is 500 yen per piece. Totally worth it ! Breakfast is a bonus to me! I highly recommend this place!
