Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo

This is the worst trip ever in my life. I booked via hotels.com booking two months in advance w/ two adults and two kids entering each age, respectively, including breakfast. But when check-in, the front staff said the room I booked was Not allowed for 4 people. I was NOT sure who's to blame: hotels.com or Tobu hotel. What I only to hear from Tobu hotel was "you have to talk to hotels.com." I had to pay extra 65,000Yen and stayed anyway. When check-out, I found the invoice was wrong as the breakfast for my kids were charged as adults. Hence they modified invoice w/ about 5000Yen lower (about 60000Yen), which was NOT balanced yet. Anyway I am really disappointed by this kind of handling (hotels.com) and poor service. I appealed this to hotels.com but only to receive no apology on weird/wrong booking system on hotels.com and Tobu hotel remark was okay even though I booked and prepaid correctly following hotels.com. Then how could I trust this hotels.com booking system? If you were in my shoes (booked and prepaid w/ correct info.) but rejected at the hotel then what would you do?

Located close to the Kinshicho station, there are many shopping malls nearby that make it easy to travel back and forth to the hotel. The neighborhood wasn't as crowded as other popular cities in Tokyo which was pleasant to navigate with a stroller and toddler. The breakfast buffet was excellent and staff were warm and helpful on all occasions. It was a bonus that the Airport Limousine bus stops at the hotel too

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the train station which was convenient. The rooms are a bit small, but there were four beds which the kids appreciated. We highly recommend this hotel.

Tobu Hotel is outside of Tokyo in Kinshicho. It is a business district that is quiet, safe, and easy to access by train. Our hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is a bit expensive for families, but has a variety of foods. Would recommend to family and friends.

This hotel is one of the exceptional hotel i would say to stay in. Clean, tidy, comfortable and the staff was friendly. It was a family holiday and we are very satisfied with the hotel and service. Well done and keep up the standard. Easy accessible and have transportation provided if needed for airport transportation and also Disney transportation.

Lovely building, although quite dated in areas. Comfortable for a family of 4. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. So close to Kinshicho station and plenty of shops mere metres away.

transfer is convenient. It is quiet and my family slept well. we enjoyed the night view in Tokyo from window, especially the Sky Tree.

Stayed in a quadruple SkyTree view room with family for 6 nights and highly recommend this. Staff superb, knowledgeable and polite with good English; breakfast plentiful and varied; clean room with many charging points, bottled water, shower accessories, slippers and gowns. The area is convenient for travel - easily accessible from Haneda airport and central areas, and for shops, restaurants, 7/11s etc. If we return to Tokyo I will re-book this hotel without hesitation.

I had to pay extra breakfast fee for one of my kids when I checked in at the front desk even though I booked for 2 kids and paid.

My husband and I had a wonderful time visiting Tokyo including our stay at Tobu hotel. Everything was great.. large room we had; breakfast was tasty although same food everyday; and great hospitality from all staff including front desk and room cleaning staff. Everyone there is friendly, professional and always smiling when talking to us. We are extremely satisfied with the services received during our stay except very weak WiFi, but that doesn’t stop us to stay in this lovely hotel again. For foreign travelers, I strongly recommend to take Airport limousine bus or Tobu bus line to the hotel… it’s the easiest, inexpensive and stress free way to come to this hotel, particularly for those who travel with children/elderly.
