Staff was excellent, room was a good size, nice and quiet area so our kids could sleep after a long day of sightseeing

Located in a quiet neighborhood with cafes nearby and easy walking to train stations and attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed being able to get cocktails in the evening and coffees in the morning at the lobby cafe, however we didn’t realize reservations were needed for breakfasts. Being able to use the coin operated laundry on-site was convenient. The room was comfortable and my kids especially loved the lofted beds. The room was quiet and we would definitely stay here again if we return to Tokyo!

The hotel is a concept hotel. "An art storage facility". A hipsterish vibe place. If you are a couple and you like it, go ahead. About 15 minutes walk from Asakusa. For families it's not that recommended. Breakfast is one of two sets that you need to order upon arrival for a specific time. One vegan, one with meat. No options for kids. The staff's vibe is of the hipster faith. They don't let you eat outside food in the dining room that seems to also serve as a bar for outsiders. They didn't inform us that their is a lounge for that in the basement either. So, it's a good hotel for people that likes the vibe. I won't send families there.

Perfect hotel for our family of four. Clean room, excellent bathroom, quiet, and comfortable. The share concept with the Art and Art storage was very cool. Restaurant on the lobby level, art displays, nice amenities. Slippers provided. Clean towels daily. Highly recommend for out of country visitors as a hidden gem for people who want to avoid staying a generic America feeling place. 15 minute walk from the Sensoji Temple and huge marker place. Tons of restaurants across the bridge. View of Sky tree on walks from the hotel. A short 10 minute walk from the train, Family Mart, and 5 minutes from bridge.
