Hotel East 21 Tokyo

Mixed missing about the hotel, in one way it was so close to nice food options and cheap, walking distance to the station etc. However, my little son couldn’t go to te pool because he was under the age allowed, even though we book in this hotel for the option of the pool, Apart from the lobby there were not place to be except your room, for a young family of 4 being in a small room is insane, specially when we got so much rain!

Paid more to stay at this hotel because it had a pool only to find on checkin the pool was unavailable and $40 charge with no children allowed to use indoor pool. I could have chosen a cheaper more convenient location instead! Website needs to be clear about pool facilities dates open and age restrictions

The hotel feels really old, the rooms should be renovated. Beds not so comfy and small for 2 people. The location could be better, 12min walk to the closest subway station. I found some black long hair in my bathroom on the floor and in the bath so definitely the staff should improve their cleaning. It’s shocking that even if you’re a hotel guest you have to pay approx $30/per person to use hotel facilities like gym&pools. And you actually can’t use it anyway if you have tattoos, even little ones - that’s a pure DISCRIMINATION!!!!!!!! To sum up: the hotel is so overpriced (we stayed in 2 different hotels in Tokyo much cheaper but so much better in every aspect and this one supposed to be the best but unfortunately was the worst….) ! Definitely not recommending! The only good thing is a breakfast, a lot of different options.

Great space for a family of 4. Two twins on each side of the room, nice big bathroom and closet for luggage. Breakfast was delicious, too.

Value for money. Room is clean and spacious. We family of four stayed in a spacious room refurbished to accommodate four beds with enough space left over for luggage. There's free shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disney sea. It is a short 10mins walk to the nearest subway. I will stay here again if I come back to Tokyo.

Wonderful!! All Crew is awesome!! very happy all staff 5 Star. Definitely we comeback soon all family and friends after seeing the pictures ready to go!!!!!
