The room was so affordable that I was slightly concerned the hotel would turn out to be a mistake, but I was happy to be proven wrong. Room was spacious (for Tokyo), I've stayed in much smaller rooms in NYC for more money. Separate toilet and shower/sink were great for a family, all the amenities were of high quality and worked wonderfully. Bed was a bit on the hard side, but this appears to be universal across Japan, so can't really complain too much. Location was great, two subway stations and lines within brief walking distance, plenty of restaurants nearby and konbinis everywhere, of course. Quiet at night. Only hiccup is we could have used an additional pillow and when we asked for one, the employee disappeared into a stock room and came out saying there were no extra pillows available—that was weird. Would recommend.

The hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, especially during earlier/quieter times. Location was alright. Walking to and from the station was fine, and if really tired at night, taxis were available. If within 10 minutes driving time, the fare is comparable to taking the train for our family of 4.

Staff were very accommodating at check-in, and later allowed me to upgrade to a much nicer and practical "family" sized room for a fair price.
The deluxe "king bed" room has little to no space to move around the room itself. 14m is ridiculous/too small to hold a king-sized bed. Furthermore, the bed is not an actual king bed, it's two twins on a king box spring, which is a major discomfort because you can't get anywhere near the middle of the bed if you're with someone. Simple solution; put a queen bed in there and be done with it, then we can sleep comfortably, while also having a decent space to move around the room. As it stands, if you have a full suitcase you're in for an unpleasant surprise - there's no place to put it. By the way, there are no drawers in this room for clothing, and depth of shelving does not allow for practical stacking of cloths.
"Thin" towels for a hotel at $300 a night.

Family of 4, we grabbed a family room... that was perfect! Nice furo and wet room for bathing. Ample space to move around. Super happy with our stay.

Each room only have one room card, really quite inconvenient for such a family vacation as group of three. Hopefully this will be improved soon. Otherwise, it is roughly a good choice for budget visit for Tokyo.

Rooms were sizeable for a family of 4 by Japan standards. Still new and clean. And with daily cleaning if required. Just minor irritations like the safe not working (we didn't ask for repair) and the shower being the low type (Japanese bath house type) but with no little stool and tub provided to wash Japanese style.

This was a rare find for a hotel in Tokyo. Was initial worry about the room size but it turned out very well considering a family of 4 adults & 3 suitcases. Chose the bigger size room. Other than that, the location was quite close to Tsukiji old market as well as there were small traditional restaurants operating at night but they tend to get crowded easily & seats were difficult to find. Only down side, was probably the nearest subway station (Tsukiji Sta) is 500 m away.
