Hotel Sardonyx Tokyo

We had a good stay with my 5 month old baby. The location is convenient, the room is clean, and the staff was kind and nice! Amenity bar was cool! We would like to stay next time again!

Nice hotel with an amenity bar with a big variety. Close to Hibiya and Tozai Line.l and JE Keiyo line. I'd recommend Kaybacho station if you have luggage because elevators are not that good at Hacchobori. If you need a big taxi reception said you need to book 3 days in advance! Luckily Uber works and you can get a big one just within minutes. Some stains on the bed cover. Overall big room and quiet, expect from outside traffic, but it is what you expect from a big city. It is a very child friendly hotel especially if you have small children. Close to several convenient stores.

Staff are very friendly and helpful (English is okay). Veyr close to train station. Breakfast is average but they do have baby chairs which was convenient for us. For what we paid, very happy and satisfied.

The location is quite good. You have 2 convenience stores nearby such as Lawson and 7-eleven, very convenient for us since we have kids who are constantly asking for snacks. Close to subway/train station around 5 mins walk. The room size is big, fits a family of four plus luggages. It has a couch/seating area where kids can do their activities or a work area for mom/dad. I love that they provide slippers for kids as well. They also provide pyjama set for us parents. Overall their service is excellent. We requested a couple of items like iron and they’re very quick to deliver it to our room. A major plus is that their front desk staffs speak and understand English.

Hotel reception service is good. Clean and good facilities. Near to train station. Good for family vacation.

We booked for 6 nights and we just go to the hotel to get some sleep then in the get out first thing in the morning. But upon our 5th night I discovered the dust pile up in the curtains! They don’t clean the room!!! They dont even do regular house keeping clean up they just replace your towels. Breakfast is midway decent too, plated not buffet. I tried another plate and got charged! Lmao. Not a hotel level. Good thing that they have a buffet of takeaway amenity kits The room walls are also so THIN that WE CAN HEAR everyone! Plus, not kid friendly as I stumbled upon a brochure of adult PPV movies Overall, if they cleaned the room properly, I will stay here again but it was so damn dirty. Value for money is meh Rooms are big tho The art work also has FRESH STAINS!!! Like bruh 😂
