The Capitol Hotel Tokyu

The stay was amazing, location is perfect its connected to subway so easy to get around. The only 2 things for improvement is for pool only 18+ is allowed and kids were very disappointed. Also the breakfast is same every day, after 2-3 days i am done with that food.

I have been fortunate to stay in many nice hotels all over the world over the years. The Capitol Hotel is, by far, the finest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. There is a 5 star and then there is world class and this hotel falls in the latter category. From the moment you enter you are being attended to by multiple highly skilled staff who are eager to help. The rooms were immaculate with any possible need addressed and the best showers you will ever set foot in in your life. The food options are amazing - the sushi restaurant was delicious, and Origami has an incredible breakfast buffet and many food options for even large family groups. The hotel is located above a primary subway hub in the heart of Tokyo meaning you can get basically anywhere you want in 15 minutes and easily come back for a rest. This is the type of hotel you will remember for the rest of your life. I can't wait to come back someday. Thank you to the Capitol Hotel Tokyo.

5 star experience! My family and I will return

We just finished our 4 night stay here (family of 4) and loved everything about this hotel. The amenities are outstanding and the staff were exceptionally polite, helpful and professional. There is a subway station directly below the hotel providing easy train access to all the sights around the city and the hotel is in a wonderful area. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Fantastic location (directly connected to the subway system) High quality property and service One suggestion - allow kids in the pool between 9am-5pm or something like that. The pool is basically empty of Residence owners / adults all day long.

Beautiful and spacious hotel. Rooms were extremely comfortable. Being situated near the National Diet (parliament) this is very much a hotel for serious business and therefore not particularly kid-friendly. Swimming pool is only available to ages 18+ and feels more like an onsen. The subway station is connected to one of the basement levels, convenient for G and N subway lines. Not very walkable. For dining or convenience stores you have to either take a car, walk past the nearby shrine down about 7 flights of stairs to get to the shopping area, or go through the subway station to pop up on street level. Hotel breakfast is delicious however the buffet is a bit limited.

Excellent property and perfect for families. Offeries 2 connecting rooms. The views were nice. The bathrooms and showers were incredible. The beds were very comfortable. The concierge's command of english was only fair. Location was great: easy access to train from the basement, quiet area but 2 blocks from tons of restaurants.
