Sakura Cross Hotel Akihabara

We liked that it was in a safe area for our young family to venture the area all hours of the day. Its conveniently located to the subway station which was great to get around Tokyo and not have to rent a car. The kids loved the bunk bed. It had a big and clean bathroom. It was really really nice!

This hotel was a great stay. We really enjoyed having a family-sized room as well as having a separate shower and tub. The staff were very friendly and very polite. There were a few hiccups with cleaning times but the staff were very accommodating. The only thing to note is that there is only one smaller elevator; as such, for groups with large luggage may require multiple trips. The fact that check-in and out were done via tablet made it very convenient! The location is also great, in that there are multiple subway stations nearby as well as quick access via pedestrian bridge to Akihabara. It was a great experience staying here!

My family and I are extremely well traveled. My daughter has been to every continent but Antarctica before she was nine. The interaction with this hotel was the worst experience I’ve ever had! Ever!! I don’t recommend staying here.

I was very appreciative that the staff were willing to accommodate my family early. The room and bathroom was spotless and there was plenty of space for all our luggage and to move around. Location is great with easy access to transportation and restaurant.

We stayed in the family room for 4 adults 3 kids. Close to train stations and has a large drugstore Matsumoto Kiyoshi just few steps away. Value for money as its hard to find such a space that could acco 7 at such a price. However, room was pretty small, without much space to open up our luggages, max 2 opened luggages each time. A little noisy as its next to the road and u can hear each ambulance passing by clearly.
