The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and kind. But it's located right next to the train track and very noisy. (trains run every 5 min...) It's closed to the station but there are bars and hotels only for adults near the hotel so it's not recommended for families.

My family stayed here for 4 nights, twin room ( 1 single / 1 double bed and space) is fit with my requirements. Hotel is nearby the nishi-nippori station very convenient, you can hear train coming and going all the time 555. At lobby, free ice cream and coffee for guest.
