Daiwa Roynet Hotel Tokyo Akabane

The back of the hotel was not so good as it is not family friendly.

Love the hotel and it's definitely a must stay when I go tokyo again in future.. very convenient location with a Walmart supermarket opposite the hotel And lots of family mart 7-11 and mini stops around the hotel.

Worst experience ever! We have travelled around the world and has never been treated with such rudeness. The staff speaks very little English and were extremely unhelpful to families with the elderly and young children. The rooms were extremely small with barely any room to move around even for me who is 5ft 2in and 103 pounds). We booked 3 rooms and they were all very small even for Japan (we've been to Tokyo 6 times before and the hotels we stayed at all have bigger room and better service). We will never stay here again nor recommend anyone to stay here (unless they want a terrible vacation memory). Very rude and unreasonable staff working at the front desk who treated their guest like garbage.
