Rooms are extremely small, had no place to put my luggage, no place to hang clothes on hangers (only two small hooks with a couple of hangers), no closet. Sound isolation is not good, heard kids playing and talking in the next room from early morning hours. Staff is very good, professional and friendly. Always a pleasure to speak with any of the staff members. Location is convenient to the restaurant, shopping and train station.

the hotel staffs are very nice and facility has coin laundry so it's good for family. its location is excellent, close to JR station and among all the kind of stores.

Great hotel, close to station (with its fab shopping ),and close to Narita shuttle.Most importantly,close to my amazing son and daughter- in-law and our "family" in Tachikawa. Lots of little restaurants, bars and shops.Always love Shinjuku and Harajuku, and this time we took in the zoo, which was great. Food was beyond amazing....could not stop eating. Our room was small for 2 people with a lot of luggage,but we were very comfortable once we got organized. Will absolutely stay here again.
