Izu Imaihama Tokyu Hotel

Very nice pool and Ocean view. The room has two floors which is great for family. Staff are very nice and helpful. Location is a bit far away though.

The HVAC in our room did not function. We were in a family room with 3 kids. I was told by the front desk that it was “an old building” and the HVAC control didn’t actually do anything as it was central… it was blowing warm air instead of the needed AC cold air. I was not offered anything for the problem.

Beautiful hotel right on beach. We went in the fall and the weather was beautiful and it wasn’t busy. Although the pool was closed, we still enjoyed walking on the beach and seeing all the sites in the area (beautiful waterfalls, sea caves, and shrines). Great in summer for beach/pool and in the fall for better pricing and crowds. Hotel onsen was great and staff was very friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious with most offering beach views. There is also a kids play room on the second floor that my kids (age 3 & 6) enjoyed. Would stay here again!
