Very convenient in being inside the airport to board the plane early in the morning with a toddler. Also convenient with many restaurants in the airport and with the limousine bus to get to city. Staff was very friendly. We left our luggage before check in and everything was brought inside the room before we arrived back to check in. Very small room though.

We really enjoyed staying at the airport - they have a lot to see for an evening. Lots of good restaurants, a good gift shop, huge viewing deck with a small water play area for kids, an oddly placed but nice furniture store on the 4th floor, etc. The only problem was tour room's AC didn't work properly. They offered to move us and get us a fan, so the staff was great, just don't get room 602. It took all night to lower the temp 5 degrees. 603 was fine.

Enjoyed staying the night before the flight in the early morning. It’s inside the Osaka(Itami) airport, so ATMs, post office, shops, convenience store , drug store etc are inside the building. There’s kids picture books in the lobby and we loved them. The Itami airport’s kids play area was very close to the lobby. My daughter had fun crawling at the no shoes area. The bed room was small, I had a difficulty handling my stroller in it. But the bed was attached to the wall and felt comfortable sleeping with my daughter. I will stay there again when I use the airport.

It was very convenient for our early morning flight out of Japan to Australia. We were able to get a good sleep However what I do not rate is that there were guests who were staying in multiple rooms and just as I had fallen asleep thought it was ok to congregate into the hall and laugh and talk with their toddlers running around. it was 1130pm. I did put my head out and told them to shush. I think the staff should have approached them rather than myself

The general was so good!! The toothbrush(for kids) forgot serve, but it's okay. Staff was kindness.
