I stayed here last year and got the connecting rooms with my sister's family. We love the hotel and close to the station so we decided to book this hotel again this year. We wanted more space for just our family of 4 so we got the room with the tatami mats. Love that room. I didnt even realize the room came with a washer/dryer. The little stool for the sink was great especially walking all day, and getting to sit there brushing my teeth or blow drying my hair. The amenities were awesome and they have a little drawstring bag for you to hold them. And the slippers (that customers are welcome to keep/take home) were pretty good quality. We also enjoyed the pajamas.

Wonderful hotel. We upgraded to a deluxe room from the standard triple we booked for our family of 3 and enjoyed the comfort of the larger room. The hotel is near Shin-Ōsaka station which has numerous public transportation options (once you figure out how to locate). The breakfast was fantastic. My husband enjoyed the public bath. I think we would have liked to have a gym but we did a lot of walking so was ok to skip our regular fitness routine.

Clean and modern hotel very close to shin osaka station. Accessible for the rest of Osaka too, but in a quieter area which was lovely for our family. Welcome drinks were excellent with seating for eating your own meals, and a microwave available. Lovely rooms with great views over the city.

Convenient transportation in shin-Osaka area. Hotel building looks fresh new. Like the 3-bed room which is perfect for my family. Had a great time in Osaka.

Great! I wish i knew about the shuttle from KIX airport ahead of time. Also wish there was netflix on the TV. My family loved the connecting rooms and breakfast. The onsen was a nice touch too.

Booked this hotel for its location (5mins from Shin Osaka station) and I am guaranteed of connecting rooms.for my family and my kids each can hv a bed for themselves. Rooms are typically small like most Japan hotels, but beds, pillows and bedsheets are fantastic Free drinks available at level 3 for guests from 2-10pm..

The hotel is very new. The room is larger than the usual Japanese hotel. 4 of us slept pretty well with 2 double beds. I recommended this hotel for family.
