Average hotel close to railway, there is almost no insulation. It is not the best area in Osaka, but the price is reasanoble for a family roo.

The hotel was great for our family of 4. The location was good, close to train stations, 7Eleven & Family Mart are all in short walking distance. The rooms were clean and modern. Love that there were laundry facilities in the hotel and dining tables to eat on if you want to bring back food instead of eating out all the time. Which can get expensive with kids. My only negative comment would be the pillows in the room. Just wasn’t enough. We needed at least two pillows on each bed, one just didn’t cut it but otherwise everything else was great. Easy checked in and checked out. Had everything we need for the price.

This property was very interesting because we only saw one staff during our 4 days stay (there was no one at the front desk). The room was very spacious for our family of 4. Bad things: the room had a moldy smell during the whole stay. The noise from the train was very annoying. The neighborhood was very sketchy. This property was far for transportation

This hotel is a good place if you are on a budget, and you are not travelling with people who unnecessarily concerned about their own hygiene, there were ants in the room and a lot of dust. There was also construction outside, and when we asked us which rooms we were told that there would be no noise outside in the mornings, or at least it wasn’t going to be obvious, however almost all of us had worked up early in the morning due to the noise, there are lots of beds for the room, however, probably to make up for the fact they are not comfortable. Staff seemed anxious and weary about conversation with foreigners, however that’s understandable and is not really an issue if you are patient. There is a recreational area which is nice with boardgames And a microwave. This area is known as one of the districts in Osaka with the highest crime rate, so there are a lot of homeless people outside and the family Mart tends to be really busy because a lot of the labourers go to really the only convenience store in the area.

Room was great for our two night stay with two young children. Easy to get to from the station. Staff were friendly and helpful with our queries. Would stay here again.

The faculties were new and nice. However the young cleaner was lazy and took every excuse not to clean the room. She even tried to charge us for clean towels. We were there for 4 days and not once our room had been cleaned. The area is full of homeless people making the walk to and from the hotel scary for my kids. Sleeping is a bit difficult as you are close enough to hear the trains every few minutes, eeriely these sound like the terminator coming. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

On March 30 we arrived at this hotel, it was not a 7 min walk and the location looks so unsafe. We did self checked in no receptionist. There was a drunk man in the lobby, we went to our room. At 530 am a drunk man tried to enter our room. We called the police but they do not speak english my whole family was terrified. I wnd up booking at Umeda although it cost me more but safety of my family is more important. I do not recommend this place specifically with small kids. Ut was a terrifying experience.
