APA Hotel ＆ Resort Midosuji Hommachi Eki Tower

Elevator was extremely crowded and not air-conditioning on it. The room was extremely small. And this hotel changes for using the swimming pool around 17 USD for each time you use and only for 1 hour, you have to been kidding me!!!!! However, room was very clean, and nearly to subway station and restaurant areas.

Subway station and family mart is right in the hotel! Staff was super polite and helpful to me and my husband who don’t speak Japanese. Every morning they give new necessities and bathing supplies and cleaning service was well. We will stay here again!

Classic small Japanese hotel rooms but it has all the necessary things. Pillow is really flat so had a hard time sleeping. Location is fantastic with it's own family mart on second floor!

Right next to the train station, also a family mart on the 2/F inside the hotel, but the room is too small

Location was great, with the subway right under the hotel building. Got the larger adjoining room for bigger total room size but it was still very small, had to keep my baby from knocking into everything. Lived out of our suitcases. Front desk couldn't locate my booking at check-in. Added on breakfast at ¥1,800 for the convenience, but you could give it a miss.

Location was excellent and with the price that include o Sen spa it is very worth it. However, we have a toddler travelling with us and have requested via messaging on Hotel.con for connecting room. This was not done and they even wanted to put us on a different floor. If the connecting room request was acceded to, it will be an excellent stay.

The hotel price was good, the family mart on second floor and 7/11 around the corner was attractive. Inclusive was a breakfast buffet which was impressive. I stayed for 8 of my 9 days stay. The first 7 was great, during the stay it was very difficult from 11pm to 2am as the room was beside the highway and people would roar their cars as their racing down the highway and the noise was unbearable. Then on the 6-7th day they turned off the air conditioning so all we could get is smelly heat. The room heat coming out of the unit was quite dirty so the front desk told us to open the window to cool the room down. Faced with dirty smelling heat or live Dolby digital surround sound of highway racing. Neither was good. Those time from the night in the morning woke up with a massive sweat. On the last day I just checked out and went to another hotel. They couldn’t change back to AC as it’s a central system, and when house cleaning saw a dirty sheet they just made the bed up but left everything as is. They do stick to that policy to change once every 3 days while we were there for 8 days they changed the bed sheets once. I don’t think I’ll ever come back any apa hotel again, it was an experience.
