RIHGA Royal Hotel Osaka

When I booked online, it wrote the hotel will offer 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed, so it worth HK$1347 is reasonable. But when we checked in, the staff just offered to us two single beds in 180 sq feet room. The staff also insisted to increase the room fee of JPY5,000 without increase the bed size or room size, also no additional pillow and blanket offered. Because we have one additional kid. So we lived in very crowed room. The staff said : we have no more room. All rooms are fully booked. But when we walked around the hotel, it is conducting decoration, repair and maintenance works in many other floors. In addition, the hotel lobby is very old.

This hotel was a very pleasant stay. Room was comfortable and staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about their guests and business. I was immediately informed about the VIP accommodations and when needing to stay and extra staff it was an easy booking. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

My family and i enjoy the stay and we will be back again. :)

This was one of the last hotel available as we booked just a few days prior to arriving, on a national Holliday weekend. Check-in process was very long (it is a big hotel). It is a big hotel, closed by (or directly attached) to the convention center…. Very clean, but a bit expensive for casual family vacations.

No notice that the pool cost was 20 us per person per day. Main reason we booked here in the first place. Very little for children to do. No room upgrade and in fact one of the rooms was not what we thought we booked. Clean, upscale nice hotel but for the cost will look for somewhere else next time.

It was so amzaing travel with this hotel. All of staff members in here so nice and sweet. Thank you for all members. You guys always smile and give me kindful service. Also, shuttle bus was so convenient. I was suprised this hotel facility, service, cleanliness. I highly recommend it for a family trip. ❤️

We stayed here as a family of four for two days. We absolutely loved the hotel. I booked it before reading the reviews here and only later read the reviews and was a bit worried about the things people complained about. We found none of those things. The hotel was excellent! Free Shuttle bus to Universal Studios (once a day at 8am) and Osaka station (leaves every six minutes after 10am). Super clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. Room was spacious, esp for Japanese standards. We had a great view as well of the city. There is a great supermarket three minutes walk from hotel. Highly reccomend!

There are two wings of the hotel, the west wing is the older part I guess. The hotel provides kid’s amenity. The shuttle bus to JR Osaka station is very convenient
