Imperial Hotel Osaka

All the hotelier of this hotel showed that spirit in their actions with a great service spirit and were always treated with great care. Imperial Hotel Osaka, which served our family well during their stay, will be the number one reservation for their next trip

Some important and yet basic facilities were only available at an extra cost and too expensive, such as the fitness centre and swimming pool. As a guest who stayed for 4 nights, I would expect at least one free pass to these facilities and/or a mych lower rate than 55,000 Yen per visit per person for the gym. Other than this, some room features were outdated and not convenient to use, such as tap waters and tv. The pillows were not comfortable for me and uponnasking for harder pillows we just got very similar soft pillows. The TV in my room didn't have any online options such as Netflix or even access to YouTube on the TV. The hotel could also improve by providing more facilities for children and entertainment such as a small arcade room or play area for children and a small library with English books. Overall, I think this hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered.

We were warmly greeted and treated like royalty. The staff were attentive and kind. The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed with amenities. We really enjoyed the river view and the access to the waterfront. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were very friendly and efficient. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Ideally situated on river with a short walk to Osaka Castle and convenient to Osaka Kids Plaza However it wasn't until after we booked that hotel stated pool is only for 20 years and older so not truly family friend. Without coupon, the breakfast buffet is very expensive
