My family came to visit from the USA. The rooms were very clean and staff had excellent customer service. Improvement would be on an accurate update from the laundry. States one available however when went there were none

The hotel was very nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Downstairs was a familymart and also a station for easy travel. Would recommend for travelers!

We loved our stay at Royal Park Canvas. Loved the convenience of having a train station and a family mart right next door. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were clean and fair sized for Japan and bed was comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby was a nice perk. We loved being able to hop on a quick train to areas like Dotonbori but also escape the busyness to go back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very convenient next to Kitahama station. Room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Love the coffee machine downstairs. Overall, happy with our stay for 3. Only gripe was that our hotel door was not shut fully one day after cleaning. Luckily all of our belongings seem to be all there. Also, the folks at the front desk won't necessarily know about the restaurants nearby, especially family friendly ones. I also learned that they are not allowed to make reservations on guests' behalf so no concierge service. The breakfast had great variety which we appreciated.

Great base for our Osaka adventures, with a number of railway lines accessible nearby. Hotel staff were helpful, the buffet was great, rooms had all you needed and the Family Mart downstairs kept us well stocked. We had 2 rooms side by side, parents in one and kids in another, was great arrangement with teens. And the shower is THE BEST! We enjoyed our stay so much that we plan to book back in at the end of our holiday before flying out.

Everything is so good here! Especially the professional receptionist!! They even allow luggage to collect luggages :) Polite and clear instructions Nice breakfast buffet Convenient location with family mart just downstairs, one min far to the subway station
