Staff was fantastic, gracious, helpful, efficient !!!! Our two week stay was wonderful, it was like a family affair. No complaints. They more than met our expectations, great budget property..

The hotel is nice, the staff is helpful, the area has a few dancing girls clubs, but this is Japan so the still feels safe. The room was a little dated, we got a room for 2 adult and two kids (13,15) and the room only had two twin size beds and no spare beds to request . about 10 minutes from the monorail. Next to a Lawson
