Its probably a popular hotel very close to the JR station. The entrance and lobby were kinda crowded all the time. There were tons of Chinese Mainlanders, adults and kids, loud and annoying, some boys were even peeking at the female onsen entrance. However, no staff can be found on the onsen floor to manage or help.

A hotel that harmonizes traditional Japanese style with modernity. It was a comfortable, beautiful and pleasant place. I went skiing with my child, and it was the best because it was close to the ski slope and there was a hot spring.

Amazing hotel. Can’t speak highly enough from the traditional design, cleanliness, great service, beautiful Onsens and excellent facilities. We stayed in a bedroom with 4 beds and indoor private Onsen. Our family loved it - one of the best hotel we stayed in.
