Holiday Inn Resort Kuroyon, an IHG Hotel

I had an enjoyable time in my hotel stay there. The room was beautifully renovated and clean. Nice view from the room, easy free outdoor parking, the best part is the breakfast buffet, 1 computer access for work, foosball table, huge playroom for kids, nice onsen (they tax 300 yen per night per room regardless of usage) with fantastic outdoor view, there is indoor and private onsen too (need pre-booking), hotel staff was polite and friendly. 3 ski resorts nearby, 1 hour drive from Nagano Station. The room size was comfortable with spaces for me and my roommate to open both luggage’s thruout the day. I would return to stay there again!

Amazing hotel. The kid’s suite is really cute and the onsen was wonderful.

Very positive and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff were very responsive and good attention to detail. The hotel was very comfortable and well maintained. My family and I rated it having the best onsen among the other places we stayed in Japan (including Hakone!) The restaurant had a good spread.
