I booked non-smoking room and I was looking forward to staying their hotel. However, the room was not actually non-smoking. They offered me the room somebody smoked before. Even though they changed the room, the other room still smelled smoking. Moreover, when I and daughters had a dinner at their restaurant that is officially announced non-smoking restaurant, the clerk allowed other customers to smoke in this restaurant! I couldn't stay there and had to go back to my room. They basically didn't have the idea how much non-smokers can't stand the smoke. The room's air conditioner is contaminated with smoking even though the room is non-smoking. If you have children, you shouldn't stay at this hotel!!
