Great resort. Suited to families. We only stayed one night last minute due to some other travel issues. It had a great fully equipped gym

We absolutely loved the pool and ALL the activities! Such an amazing weekend here! The whole family loved it!

This was our second year staying at this hotel. The location is excellent, and the combination of sea and forest is really lovely. Last year it was excellent in every respect. This year, however, it was so crowded with families and young children that navigating the breakfast area was really a challenge. The hotel uses only the finest ingredients, and the service is very fine, but so many young children not under parental control spoils the atmosphere. If a separate area for families with young children could be set up, or separate dining times that could improve everyone's enjoyment of this fine hotel.

Everything was fine - however there is clearly a problem with either Hilton's IT systems, or Orbitz's IT systems... When I booked through Orbitz - I booked for myself, my wife and 4 kids. The kids ages are 15, 11, 9 and 5 - which you are required to input through Orbitz's site. I booked, and paid about a month in advance. However, when I arrived, I was told that Hilton's booking system said that I had booked for 2 adults and 4 pre-school aged kids, and then they asked me for extra fees totaling more than 75,000JPY!! In the end, I didn't have to pay this - however, but it did put my stay off to a bad start. There is clearly something wrong with either Hilton's booking system, or Orbitz's booking system, or the API that connects the two or something. Other than that, everything was fine.

It was surprised that there was no one stay at the main entrance when we arrived at 9:00pm. Whole family were required to join the membership in order to obtain one 500ml bottle of water free of charge. WE never have such experience in jp hotels. This was no good to think the way of obtaining people's personal data.

Make sure you check the bedding configuration when booking with kids! We paid extra for our 6 year old to have an additional bed but when we arrived we were told that she was to share existing bedding. There was also an issue with plumbing in one of our rooms. Great pool area and kids games room. Pitty the bowling ally didn’t open until late afternoon!
