Shiroyama Hotel Kagoshima

That was super excellent. The royal family also stayed there. The onsen was excellent. The breakfast buffet was excellent. I want to stay there again!

Excellent staff who are very keen to help. Concierge is of excellent levels. You have pay to use the gym which was the first time we experienced and about $20 sgd. It’s a distance to town so good to honeymooners who want to stay mainly in the room. It’s short hike down of about 15 mins or take the shuttle bus. If you want to be in the heart of town, stay elsewhere. Property is on the older style and walls are thin. We could hear the next room. What they lack they make it up by excellent service and hospitality. Property is huge and beautiful. You get to see great views of the Volcano. There’s a family mart downstairs.
