Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori

My family of 7 stayed at Tokyu Sapporo Odori as the last hotel of 7 resorts. A perfect way to end our trip as they have a combo washer dryer in every room that comes w/ detergent. Lobby offers free hot drinks and amenities. Rooms were big enough and beds were firm and comfortable. Staff is very helpful and bonus is location. 5 min walk to Tanuki Koji and Pole Town shopping malls. 5 min from Odori Park. 15 min walk to JR station. Be sure it’s Sapporo Odori as there’s Tokyu Stay Sapporo in different location.

It was amazing. Reception staff is very kindly welcome us and resolved all the questions. Room is clean and the space is larger than expected. There is laundry and small kitchen that we can handling the child under 2 years old. Perfect!!

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room has everything you need - microwave, washing machine, etc. Quite spacious for our group (travelling with young kids). They also provide coffee machine & beans that are free at the lobby.

I spent 5 nights in this hotel. You can expect excellent service and clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were also able to store my luggage before check in time so that I can explore the area first. The room also has a washer/ dryer for convenience. The hotel is situated in a good location. Just a few minutes walking to Odori park and Susukino. There’s also a few family marts nearby for convenience as well. Overall I had a good stay at Hotel Tokyu Stay Sapporo Odori.

Best stay ever throughout our trip. The hotel itself was conveniently close to the shopping district/heart of sapporo city and you're sandwiched between two family marts if you ever get hungry at night. The rooms we got both had a washing machine inside with laundry detergent provided (smelled so good!). It was such a comfortable stay overall. The staff were really helpful and nice too!

A decent -sized room that came with a small kitchenette and a washer-dryer which was very useful Though the hotel did not have their own cafe/restaurant for breakfast, you are given breakfast vouchers which you can use in 15-16 different eateries within walking distance of the hotel. I thought this was a great way to help the local merchants and the food we ate was also really good. There is a coffee machine at the lobby where you can get your daily fix of coffee/tea every morning. There is also a lounge which I think anybody can have access to. We just relaxed in the lounge for about 30 minutes, enjoying our drinks after breakfast. The lounge has stunning views of the area around it. You can also grab some toiletries for daily use at the area next to the elevators. The hotel is about a 5-6 minute walk from the JR Hakodate station. My family and I enjoyed our trip and will definitely return to stay if we are in the Hakodate area.
