Once again Sapporo Grand Hotel has exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in till we left for the airport, the level of service and hospitality is unmatched. Breakfast buffet (Western and Japanese) was superb with a lot of attention by the staff. Thank you ! You made our visit to Sapporo memorable. We will look forward to our stay next time and will recommend to our friends and family.

We (2 adults, 1 child) had a lovely, quiet, large 3 twin-bed room on an upper floor corner for our three night stay in Sapporo. Easy access to the underground walkway, both to get to/from the train station and to/from subways, tourist spots, etc, which came in handy when the temperature dropped and not having to pull suitcases over slushy sidewalks. Very happy with our stay!

We booked one connecting room and one single room. The room doesn't looks like website picture. Both of them are very small. We have one 84 year old and one 2 year old kid. We are not able to get in same floor. The staff is not very helpful to coordinate.
