Had a great stay here in dec, kids love the bathroom and bathtub. Location is near JR station, had a Lawson round the corner and some food option nearby. Staff were very nice and helpful for my airport taxi booking and assist us to the hospital nearby with translator. It wasn’t super soundproof from the street most prob due to the balcony door. Only wish is that laundry room door is not directly opp the smoking room.

The property was recently renovated and thus the condition the pretty good. Also, the property is very close to the Sapporo station (JR one). Even though some staff at the front desk is not so family with communicating in English, he or she is still trying his or her best to answer our questions with a friendly attitude.
