Kushiro Century Castle Hotel

The hotel itself is nice be it the rooms n the extras available. However the staff attitude need much improvement. We unloaded our luggage n ask where to park n staff simply point to the left n walk off without even helping us hold the door as me n child tries to push our luggage in. They did not provide any information on the available extras at check in so u need to read the info available in rm. at check in despite showing them proof n confirmation that my booking comes with full Brkfast for my family of 3 they insist that rm rate comes only with 2 Brkfast so we top up n paid Y2160 for another pax. However when we read brochure in rm, we saw that drinks n bread are provided free for guest at lounge if needed for Brkfast. In any case we prefer to hv Brkfast together n hv informed hotel.com abt the matter n they confirmed that my booking comes with 3 Brkfast. After check-in was led to suite but the staff simply walk ahead n nvr bother to help w any luggage but it’s ok Cos we can manage. Would hv stayed again or recommend others to stay here but bad staff attitude n lack of service may spoil your trip so perhaps consider staying elsewhere.
