Furano Natulux Hotel

Super place to stay in Furano! Staff is top notch in customer service and are very helpful with restaurant referrals and transportation needs. They went out of their way to help us non Japanese speaking visitors. They all make you feel very welcome and like one of the family. Rooms are well kept and very clean. We had breakfast included, which was very tasty and filling. Daily free shuttle bus to the ski resort picks you up right in front and is always on time. Ski storage is available at the hotel. Plus the onsen feels great after a day on the slopes! The bus and train station are right across the street. Already wanting to plan next years trip!!
