ANA Crowne Plaza Chitose, an IHG Hotel

Would recommend to family and friends

If you're looking for a hotel -especially on business trip- near New Chitose airport to go through, This will be the perfect option. Though mine were family trip, it was just good as one can expect. Definitely superb location, good services at reasonable price. Which impressed me best, that its amenities including warm-eye mask, good-for-sleep tea, bath-treatment. Which rarely can not expect for basic. They are really, really deeply care good rest at their service design. Plus, there were iron set and little sewing kit to adapt cloathing glitches. Which, is you can get asking front desk - but you would know for sure how hard it would be if you have language hurdle. You don't have to worry here because you already got that. What a surprise detailing.

Near airport and outlet, great that there is a family mart inside the hotel, quite a lovely stay

Ideal family room for 2 adults and 2 children to spend the night before and after driving from the airport to skiing in Niseko. Everything worked smoothly and the English-speaking hotel staff helped us with taxi bookings and a local restaurant booking for delicious dinners on both occasions.

The rooms are nice we stayed in the 57 sqm junior suite. It was very roomy and clean. The bed was perfect and firm but not too hard. I would stay here again. I enjoyed the Anyipodes bathroom products.

It is located in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Aeon is right across the street and 10 minutes walk away there is the Chitose train station. Also plenty of restaurants nearby. Train to Chitose will take around 30 minutes only if you take the rapid train service. Taxi to/from the hotel cost between Y2500~3000. Be aware international airport terminal... no taxi! Need to call ahead. Room itself is quite roomy with a lot of storage area. Not many outlets to charge your device. Breakfast that was included in my room was delicious with a lot of varieties. Staff at the check in counter the lobby area and the restaurant are all quite friendly and nice. There is a family mart at the lobby that opens between 0600-0000. A lot of selections to choose from.

The room is neat and tidy. Spacious, even we had four suitcase and a buggy, still have a lot of room to move around. Opposite to Aeon mall, good for family with kids to replenish stuff like diapers and so. Yet, no shuttle bus to station or airport. Staff are indifferent. Overall, it’s a standard stay
