Reviews for travelers form overseas This hotel is quite good i would say. Especially, facilities and cleaness are awesome. ofcourse, it's not special one like five stars hotel though, everything is Japanese quolity. If I had to pick a bad point, it's access things. if you have a huge luggage or little baby, it will be slightly hard to walk form Hakata station to this hotel. You shold take a taxi. it will be almost lawest cost(about 700yen). Servies and hospitality are not so special i feel as Japanese, but for foreigers it will be pretty good.

Everything is good but a bit far from the JR hakata station when I’m with a 3years old kid

Big tatami area in the room, suit for kids. Parking is very convenient, ~6mins walking distance to the station, restaurants & shopping mall

The hotel is new and my family really enjoyed the moment of our stay.

Staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and cheerful. Room was tastefully decorated and clean. Coin laundry was available on the same floor as the reception which was really convenient. The whole building exuded a luxury vibe and the lobby even had a little Sakura tree as a centrepiece when we were there. Absolutely pleasing. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that the breakfast spread was more or less the same everyday and not a lot of variety. Tasty nonetheless. Baby chairs were not available but if your child can already sit on their own, then the couch seating area would be suitable. Nice view from breakfast dining area. Not particularly close to the train station but close enough to canal city so food and shopping options are aplenty.

Will recommend this to other friends and family members

The location was great as it is close to Hakata Station, Canal City and the Nakasu River. Gion Station is also close, so it was convenient to take the subway to Tenjin. The facilities were great and the breakfast was great too. The staff at the front desk were friendly and my family was able to finish my vacation comfortably. Highly recommended for visitors to Fukuoka.

Very nice hotel design, kids friendly with baby crib and baby bath provided. Room is very clean.
