We had a great stay here. The staffs were extraordinarily kind, helpful and always assisted us with a world-famous Japanese-standard service. The room amenities were adequate but you can borrow more from the reception, from slippers for kid to air humidifiers at anytime. Breakfast was Japanese food and very nice. We loved the scrambled egg they served here! Rooms were small, which is normal in Japan but still quite comfy and clean (after all, the Japanese are masters for arranging things in limited spaces). There's a convenience store next to it and Hamano train station is in about 5 minute walking distance.

Stayed here 1 night with wife and 3 kids after Disneyland. A bit far from the park, but excellent value and very comfortable room. Certainly not a 5-star property, but quite sufficient for our needs. Lower bed was very good size and all beds were comfortable.
