Good.. near to JR station and it is in the quiet area . Room is very small so we choose connecting rooms as we travel with two young kids.. 2 in 1 washer and dryer is not strong enough to dry the clothes even we extend the drying time. Breakfast is good too.

We (parents and 2 primary school-aged kids) stayed in connecting rooms for 2 nights and it was the perfect size for us. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The only thing that was a downside was the narrow bench space for putting loose items like wallets, phones, etc. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. Check-in and check out was easy. We did do a wash using their laundromat but note that there are only 3 machines and it was always in high demand. The hotel is really close to Nagoya Station, shops and restaurants so location-wise, it was great. Overall, we had a great stay!

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 2 young kids), and it was very close to the JR station which was a huge plus. The room was spacious enough and check in was a breeze.
