I booked a room for 1 adult and 1 child, but they asked for an additional fee because they said only 1 adult could use it. I was shocked because they charged me an additional fee for something completely different from what I had booked. I paid the fee, but I never want to come here again.

During our long trip in Japan, we experienced different styles of hotels in Tokyo and Kyoto. Compared with other hotels, This hotel's location is relatively close to the commercial center, and its operations seem more suited for business travel. If we visit Nagoya again, we will choose a hotel that is more suitable for family travel.

My family and I stayed for two nights while in Nagoya. I’ve known this hotel for many years, but this is the first stay. The rooms were nice, clean and had recently been remodeled. The location is a short walk to everything in Sakae and about 20 mins to Osukanon. Plenty of shopping and restaurants available. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent services delivered by the well trained staff. Accommodation is clean, roomy, well equipped. Breakfast buffet is good. A very enjoyable experience with my family for staying ib this Excellent hotel. Highly recommended!
