Rondel Village

It is right on the beach. The staff there are very friendly and accommodating and make everyone feel like family. This is my third trip and it feels like home.

My wife and I have visited Rondel ever year for past 15-20 years. We are treated like family by the hotel owners and staff. Highly recommend.

You only gave 80 to 100 feet of beach and that isnt much. The rooms are great, the food at restaurant is good but slow and they need better pans in family rooms and coffee. The pans were terrible. This is a good place, but every time we went on beach we were approached for excursions or illegal stuff. It got old fast. Place is great, but last time ill ever go to negril. Every person is hustling tips outside of rondel. 10 percent service and 10 percent tax before tip. One lady tried charging us 16.5 percent to book an excursion. No thanks....

We had high hopes for this place, but something has happened. Staff was unfriendly and extremely slow especially at check in. Took forever. Then the resort was totally empty but the manager put our family across the street on the third floor by all the barking dogs. Did not feel safe or vacation-like at all. My kids did not want to stay here. We went down the beach and hung out at friendlier and cleaner resorts.

What is great about Rondel Village is it’s stunning location in the middle of 7 mile beach, the spacious well appointed rooms, the pleasant and courteous staff, the lush gardens and grounds cared for by Clive and his crew, breakfast and all meals great, and the superb bartender Deleon, who trust us, makes THE best rum punch on the beach. They cater to couples, families, and solo travelers equally and you always feel a home away from home. vibe here. There are many lodging choices in Negril, Rondel Village is it for us, you simply cannot beat the value for its services. It is why we are and will always be returning guests whenever we come to Negril.
