Palazzo Veneziano

We loved our family suite (duplex). It was spacious and clean. The staff was helpful, accommodating, and friendly.

Staff did a great job helping with setting up transfers and restaurant recommendations. Rooms were very nice. We probably had one of the worst rooms (over the open air lobby) which put us next to our kids room and it was still pretty quiet during the evening and morning hours. A little bit of a walk to the major attractions of Venice but we knew that and made use of easy access to Grand Canal.

Room was OK but felt a bit cramped as the windows were just facing a wall in an alley, also it felt quite small for 3 people, although it was supposed to be a family room.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Everything is over and beyond our expectations. They provided us with excellent service, made our vacation memorable, and made my wife’s birthday extra special. We will definitely be back on our next vacation to Venice. We are also highly recommending Palazzo Veneziano with our family members, relatives, friends, and co-workers. We were stranded and the hotel staff was so helpful! We traveled With 2 small grandchildren and can’t say enough how helpful the staff were !!

Such a wonderful hotel. Great location, incredibly clean and updated and helpful front desk staff. We have stayed in multiple hotels in multiple cities on this trip and this was by far our favourite. If traveling with kids request the family suite - it’s perfect!!

Our stay at the Palazzo was excellent. We stayed in a family suite with a queen on the lower level and two twins upstairs. Perfect for a family of four. There were 1.5 bathrooms which made it even better. Perhaps the best thing about our stay was the service. Anna at the front desk took care of everything from transportation to dinner reservations. A great stay at a contemporary hotel in a superb location.

My family and I are just back from a 3 night stay in the Palazzo Veneziano hotel in Venice. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone interesting in booking. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are spacious and the staff are extremely courteous.Special mention to Omar and Matteo on the front desk, both of whom could not have done more to help. Minor negatives is the hot not offering lunch or dinner options, which would have been nice as the weather was atrocious during our stay. All in however, an excellent hotel.

I stayed 2 nights with my 2 teenage children in family room. The room was spacious and we like that there’s an half bathroom upstairs. The room was clean with good AC (important in summer in Italy). Staff were courteous and helpful. Area is nice. There’s a little bit of walking to attractions but overall our stay was very pleasant.

We are a family of 4 and this was perfect for our stay. Awesome customer service and cleanliness. They offered us beverages when we came in along with wine. If you can include breakfast with your stay I would - it was delicious pastries and other foods. Best pastries I've had in a while. Only one concern that we did have was you the map location is off - so it took us a while in finding the hotel. The hotel sign was not as visible so it took a while for us to find it but after we called them they guided the way. Overall, the hotel room was excellent very spacious and well kept. The kids enjoyed being in the second floor to their room. I would definitely stay here again!
