Hotel Bisanzio

Friendly staff at this hotel with amazing location right next to the water. Very close distance to St Marcus square, restaurants and cosy squares. The family room was a bit outdated, the bathrooms not great and the breakfast cost a fortune.

This was my family's first trip to Venice. We are a large (6'6" sons) American family, and we found the accommodations to be plenty big. The bathroom was perfect (not a cramped style you often find in European city hotels). The breakfast was great, very worth the $$ phenomenal coffee! One small hiccup: when we booked our taxi to leave Venice, I thought I was ordering a taxi to the train station on the island. The concierge was very helpful in arranging our water taxi and loading out luggage, however, it took us to the airport across the lagoon! We were halfway to the airport on the open water before I realized the mistake. In broken Italian with the aid of google translate, I explained the error to our driver. He did and amazing three point turn on the water highway and headed back to the Venice train station on the island. It cost me twice as much, but we did NOT miss our train to Rome. We are just 4 big Americans supporting Venice tourism. Happy to do it!!

Situated in a really great spot for exploring Venice. Great size room, perfect to stay with the family for a few days.

Beds were not that comfortable. Adjoining room meant we could hear the kids next door screaming late at night until past midnight. But it’s in a great location and very pretty and the price was great

This was a great experience for the family of four. Hotel staff was very friendly and paying a very little extra for the breakfast worth every penny. Also the location is excellent. The main water Buses and taxis station is 2-3 mins walk. All top atttractions just 5-7 minutes . Fully Recommend this hotels ..

Nice little hotel, reasonable value for money. Most of the staff are lovely - really helpful and friendly. Nice room, was in good condition and very clean but was a little small for a junior suite and is just the same size as a normal room in most hotels; no extra amenities or additional seating/dining space.

We liked the room as we were able to be in the same room but the children were slightly separated by a wall. All staff were very friendly

Great location for our family and a nice quad room that worked well for us. Service was excellent. Good breakfast. Only downside was a weird tub/shower setup with the stairwell wall from above hanging into part of the shower.

Wonderful hotel with breakfast included! Great location and set up for families.
