Best Western CTC Hotel Verona

This is a feedback over my staying not just in this hotel but in a number of Best Western (my family and I are traveling through Europe for two months). Every time that we booked a room, it was advertised that the room would have air conditioning. There was never air conditioning available in the rooms. In Hamburg, Germany the management had fans available for the guests, that's why I'm giving this one star. I know that Europe has concerns about energy conservation. However, my point is : do not advertise and sell something that you have no intention to give. I called the central office to complain, nothing was resolved. They just called the hotel management where I am staying right now (Verona, Italy) and the answer from them is that I can go to another hotel and they will not charge me for the remaining nights that I booked. This is a "heck" of a business Best Western is running!
