Montresor Hotel Tower

This is a good mid-range Hotel with quiet spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is great. It is nicely located in the moddle between Verona and the Garda Lake and you can reach both within 15 minutes drive . Some nice restaurants within 5 minutes drive and at least one that I tried within walking distance . I will come back with my family in December .

Business hotel. Not suitable for families. It should be mentioned in the description. Bathroom water stream was weak due to stuck hose. Staff never smile! Very clean. Very formal.

We are very disappointed from our stay at the hotel. We spent 4 nights at the hotel and it was very bad experience. There was no kettle in the room so we needed to pay 1 euro at the lobby for hot water so we could make food for our baby - first time it happened to me in Italy. At the check in at the lady at the reception was very specific and assure and she told me that I can make free phone calls from the room (needed to call to some other hotel cause we lost something over there) and that I don’t need to use the phone on the reception, that what I asked for at the beginning . Suddenly at the check-out they charge me on those phone calls for 14 euros!!! I tried to talk to them several times but they insist there will be no refund although they told me its for free, they don't take any responsibilities on what their employee said. The room has a tiny closet (approximately 40 cm width) with no shelfs so all of our clothes was on the table. The breakfast was poor, for example for a few days there were no eggs only omelet and once they had eggs, the eggs were cold. The elevators are so slow, few times we waited 7-10 minutes to go down to the lobby. We won't come back there for sure, and cannot recommend on this hotel.
