The property says it has air conditioning but when we arrived we were told it's not the season for it. We were put on the top floor which was hot and stifling. The told us to open the windows which did not help at all. My family and I were not able to sleep the entire night. We decided to leave on the second day. I tried to get my money back but they told me it was not responsible I will not be staying here again

Excellent Hotel for a family trip...Fantastic environment... The owners really make the utmost to make feel at home... It is dog friendly and it has a impressive external area a good pool - The access friom the hotel to Mestre railroad station (where you can park safely your car to go to Venice) is just 10 minutes driving - Good price/benefit ratio - we recommend and we will return...

Really lovely traditional family-run hotel with great facilities for the family and an easy 20 minute route into the centre of Venice by train straight to Ferrovia vaporetto stop, and only 2.60 euros each way.

Lovely place. Very friendly staff. Great breakfast. Plenty for kids to do on the grounds. Felt very safe and homie. Free shuttle to station for trains to Venice.

Dont understand the hype and positive reviews. Hotel is quite in middle of nowhere, where as we had to pay extra for baby bed (on website only indidcated that extra costs might occur, no amounts. Where as baby bed is charged for 15 euro extra and seperate bed for 30 euro). According to the hotel they can not indicate on the website, because of these price differences ..... which is a farce. In the end we only stayed one night, instead of the 3 we booked ahead.
