FIORI Dolomites Experience Hotel

Clean hotel, cute breakfast area, nice front desk staff but that’s about all it had going for it. Beds were super hard and we had a hard time sleeping well, it is positioned next to a school so weekday mornings it gets super loud with kids screaming around 7am, seemed like cleaning the hotel started around 5:30 one morning which was super disruptive! The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff. The lady seemed almost offended that we asked for two black teas instead of one and ice for our water bottles. If I had to do it again I’d pick another hotel closer to cortina di ampizzo and spend a bit more for better beds and service/ability to sleep past 5:30am! Also parking was first come first serve and the spots were teeny.

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay this family owned hotel was the absolute perfect stay. The hotel was beautiful cozy felt like home the food was good quality delicious the staff is extremely kind hearted you really feel welcome safe and well well well worth the price it is a good price for a great place in the heart of town with many good options to eat they even have discounts for restaurants in the area and all the restaurants were absolutely delicious I cannot have given any criticism whatsoever there is nothing wrong again just perfect !
