The skiing was great. Family owned business . Treated like family. The best service. Great ski shuttle service they should be nascar drivers there safe and fast. Definitely went out of the way to make our stay the best.

Beautifully kept property that is immaculately clean. Warm and friendly family owners who are available to guests when needed. Pool and pool area are lovely and non-hotel guests are kept to a minimum. Glad to have an electric car charger on site. Breakfast is a thoughtful and plentiful array of local foods and produce.

We got here the best service in the best English language in whole Italy, thanks in particular to the young gentleman who was always there. Our 4-person family had no problems fitting into the spacious room - or was it called suite. The kids would have spent all day at the pool. The spa (adults only) was not the place for me but certainly a nice extra to the stay anyway. Breakfast suffered some shortages every now and then because the lady was probably alone there serving several guests, but it was still ok. There is just one restaurant next to the hotel - a nice and popular restaurant though - but the walking distance to the town is not a problem to healthy people.

The host was nice, kind, and helpful. Room was clean and comfort. Wifi worked well in our room. Breakfast was nice. The hotel is 500 meters far from Alleghe lake, and 1.5 KM far from cable car riding place. With two kids (5 and 7) it was not appropriate to go there on foot. We used our car. Free parking place around lake was limited but plenty of parking places if you pay. Over all nice hotel to rest and to look around Dolomitti.

We had a fantastic week in the Dolomites staying at this superb family run hotel. The owners and staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and only too ready to offer help and advice.
