Hotel Diana Pollein truly is a jewel. Run by a family, the whole staff always is very attentive to your needs and wishes. The property is welcoming, clean and professionally run. The breakfast offers a complete line of breads, juices, fruits, ham and cheese. Excellent quality for the price! I recommend it very much.

This is a fantastic family run hotel close to everything you can want. Stefano, Veronica, and Elisa are so accommodating. They know where to go for a panoramic view of the entire valley; and where to eat for the best food in the Aosta Valley. We will definitely go there again.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at Hotel Diana. The hotel itself is very clean and kept to a nice standard. The bed was large and comfy and the room was spacious with beautiful views of the mountains. One of the main things we noticed was how friendly and welcoming the staff were. You can tell it is a family run hotel, every member of staff greeted us with a smile every day and made an effort to speak to us in English, knowing that our Italian was very poor. I cannot fault them for their enthusiasm and professionalism. Breakfast was continental and was delicious with a nice variety of food every day. We also especially liked the tea station set up in reception where you could help yourself to tea and biscuits/sweet treats whenever you wanted. The hotel is a great location for exploring the various ski resorts around the Aosta valley....although I would definitely recommend hiring a car for getting around as there is not a lot within walking distance. We would definitely return!
